This enables rapid detection of changes, ensures secure operations, enhances cost efficiency, and has led to a positive solution experience.

We adopted exemONE to monitor the NCP Cloud DB environment for a national public project. exemONE provides comprehensive monitoring of cloud and database logs, and OS resources, enabling rapid problem detection and response. By grouping 123 instances by business unit and implementing tailored security measures, we significantly improved monitoring convenience and efficiency.

When we were operating the system in a multi-public cloud with an MSA structure, difficult integrated monitoring eventually led to high operational fatigue. exemONE provides an integrated dashboard for the performance/failure of common operating systems for each distributed cloud environment, making it very easy for the operation team to monitor and control.

exemONE is used in an AWS-based public cloud operating system. Development team is highly satisfied with it because it enables log analysis of development nodes and pods through the performance/failure and log monitoring management system.

exemONE is used for monitoring the private PaaS-based Kubernetes operating system. We’re very satisfied with it because it is possible to configure an integrated failure alarm through Health Check linkage function including IaaS and PaaS areas, as well as pod life log and cause analysis.

exemONE is a very effective solution for cluster integration or individual monitoring for each development and operation service because it enables JSPD-based active transaction monitoring in response to MSA applications.

We use MaxGauge as a DB performance management standardization tool, and it’s been expanded to all group companies. It is mainly used not only for daily check but also before/after service opening where failures are likely to occur, and we are satisfied with the detailed failure analysis function. When analyzing data with partner companies, common data is able to be shared through MaxGauge.

A simple and intuitive UI is of great help in real-time monitoring and root cause analysis of performance issues. Problems in the process usually lead to cost loss, since MaxGauge collects data that can be utilized by planners/developers as well as DBAs, it plays an important role in communication during project progress.

Before adopting MaxGauge, DB consulting was conducted for 3 years through other solutions without satisfactory results. Then we started to use MaxGauge and the overall performance of the DB was greatly improved. Especially in the RAC environment, parts that other solutions cannot monitor are able to be checked, enabling more detailed cause analysis.

Distribution

We use MaxGauge because we felt dissatisfied with another similar solution. When linked with InterMax, it is possible to monitor the entire area of the infrastructure, so that we can respond more quickly to issues when they occur. What’s more, it supports not only Oracle but also various DBMS, which also provides us great flexibility when considering other heterogeneous DB.

In a financial system that handles microseconds, real-time transaction processing and exceptions confirmation are the main draws of InterMax. Prior to the adoption of InterMax, separate solutions were used for each section such as WEB/WAS/DB, but now, we can grasp the entire transaction flow with just one product.

Distribution

InterMax provides monitoring from existing legacy to cloud environments, and has been selected as a standardized solution in the AWS EC2 environment. Due to the nature of APM/E2E, there are many areas to be monitored and specialized knowledge is required, so there are some difficulties in operation, but thanks to EXEM's technical support, we are satisfied with InterMax.

We were using other companies' products previously, but as the size of the business grew, we decided to adopt InterMax, which got the BMT 1st & TTA perfect score. In addition, EXEM does not end their service after installing the products, but also offer active and reliable customer support services as it enables continuous maintenance and product patching through their engineers.

Manufacturing

So far, only InterMax can monitor self-developed JAVA daemon, besides commercial WAS. By expanding from APM to E2E, monitoring of all sections has become possible, and will continue to be expanded in the future. MaxGauge and InterMax are adopted and used in all domestic and overseas plant lines, and we can operate all our systems stably through EXEM’s high-level technical support.

We've created a comprehensive monitoring system that gathers performance data from various IT environments, including on-premise and Kubernetes setups, as well as critical business data like card authorization, payments, and IPCC call center operations. XAIOps is a very satisfactory solution in terms of stable system operation after system launching. In a complex operating system, it is possible to detect anomalies that cover all areas by AI, enabling faster failure response and action. XAIOps is making a big contribution to stabilizing the system.

By using XAIOps, the limitations of point monitoring, which had to be done only partially, has been overcome. We’re now able to collect/analyze company-wide data and perform integrated management through real-time monitoring.

We were expecting some great results when it comes to future load forecasting, and what XAIOps can provide is really beyond our imagination. With the adoption of an AI-based system, it is possible to respond preemptively to failures, thereby increasing operational efficiency and significantly improving the quality of customer service.

Through the 5-month PoC, we were able to experience the implementation effect of XAIOps. In addition to real-time failure detection, the root cause identification and action time in the event of a failure are greatly reduced and the IT operation burden on management and operation personnel has decreased as well.

It helps us operate a stable big data system, including data collection, standardization, and analysis. EBIGs has significantly reduced the time and effort needed to complete tasks, making us very satisfied with its performance.

In the previous system, data collection was often hindered by heavy loads. However, with the implementation of EBIGs, this challenge was mitigated, enabling stable collection of 2 million data pieces per minute. Furthermore, the solution facilitates swift generation of analysis results, meeting the needs of both development and analysis teams efficiently.

Once a month, around 20 million data pieces are simultaneously collected from various affiliates, causing system instability and hindering smooth data processing. However, with the adoption of EBIGs, server overload prevention and tuning can be seamlessly conducted through server monitoring and system configuration adjustment functions. This makes EBIGs an indispensable solution for our operations.
