We adopted exemONE to monitor the NCP Cloud DB environment for a national public project. exemONE provides comprehensive monitoring of cloud and database logs, and OS resources, enabling rapid problem detection and response. By grouping 123 instances by business unit and implementing tailored security measures, we significantly improved monitoring convenience and efficiency.

We use MaxGauge as a DB performance management standardization tool, and it’s been expanded to all group companies. It is mainly used not only for daily check but also before/after service opening where failures are likely to occur, and we are satisfied with the detailed failure analysis function. When analyzing data with partner companies, common data is able to be shared through MaxGauge.

A simple and intuitive UI is of great help in real-time monitoring and root cause analysis of performance issues. Problems in the process usually lead to cost loss, since MaxGauge collects data that can be utilized by planners/developers as well as DBAs, it plays an important role in communication during project progress.

InterMax provides monitoring from existing legacy to cloud environments, and has been selected as a standardized solution in the AWS EC2 environment. Due to the nature of APM/E2E, there are many areas to be monitored and specialized knowledge is required, so there are some difficulties in operation, but thanks to EXEM's technical support, we are satisfied with InterMax.

We were using other companies' products previously, but as the size of the business grew, we decided to adopt InterMax, which got the BMT 1st & TTA perfect score. In addition, EXEM does not end their service after installing the products, but also offer active and reliable customer support services as it enables continuous maintenance and product patching through their engineers.

So far, only InterMax can monitor self-developed JAVA daemon, besides commercial WAS. By expanding from APM to E2E, monitoring of all sections has become possible, and will continue to be expanded in the future.
